Kanban Boards available for SAP Business One

Kanban boards are one of the key tools to manage work at a personal or organisational level. At one time they would have been paper-based lists and reports. These days they are a feature of a number of specialist applications.

We are delighted to announce that Kanban Board functionality is now a standard feature of the B1 Usability Package for SAP Business One (B1UP).

B1UP includes the following Kanban Boards out-of-the-box:

• Sales Opportunities
  See all open opportunities in SAP Business One, broken down by Opportunity Stage Easily drag and drop an opportunity from one stage to another
• Production Orders
  View all production orders by status - planned, released or those closed in the past 7 days
• Projects
  View Projects by project status
• Service Calls
  View open service calls by "Call Status".

Kanban Boards streamline your business by bringing complex business processes to life. Users have the freedom to organise boards by key business driver such as sales order status, service call priority etc, or even by a user defined field (UDF). The possibilities are endless.
