Thank you to everyone who attended the LAKE Customer Conference held at the Royal York hotel on the 20th May. Your feedback from the conference was universally positive, apart from a number of comments about the warmth of the main room. Following a welcome and introduction from LAKE's General Manager - Adrian Howard - the day began with a preview of Infor Q&A Evolve and Q&A Dashboards. This is the biggest thing to happen to Q&A (formerly Vision) for many years so there was understandable interest from all delegates. The day was then organised into a packed agenda of three conference streams with delegates choosing between sessions for Financials, Procurement and Performance Management. A summary of these is given below.
