SunSystems and Q&A Update
Infor SunSystems 6.3 can be deployed from the LAKE cloud or on premise. It includes a new integrated document management option and a powerful social business platform that brings workflow tasks and notifications to the attention of users in modern, simple social media style feeds.
Infor BI Q&A 11 uses web technologies to connect to your data sources on the cloud or on premise. A single Excel plug-in unifies the power of Q&A XL and Executive, allowing you to analyse and explore business data with functions like Drill, Expand, and Breakout without ever having to leave Excel.
Driving World-Class Procurement with Proactis Portal
Proactis Portal is a cloud-based platform on which you collaborate with suppliers to deliver procurement savings, improve procurement processes, reduce risk, ensure compliance and secure strategic benefits.
In this session we demonstrate how the platform empowers you to manage, monitor and evaluate supplier relationships and contracts, link these into SunSystems and Proactis P2P and streamline and control the sourcing and tendering process.
Planning for Success with Cognos Budgeting and Forecasting
IBM Planning Analytics is a powerful, flexible and scalable planning and reporting solution.
In this session you will see how the solution streamlines processes; how it guarantees a single version of the truth; how it integrates with SunSystems; and most importantly how plans that are visible to senior management are truly aligned with the insights and actions of managers across the organisation.
Streamlining Accounts Payable & Staff Expenses
In this session we presented two Proactis options that do not require full Purchase-to-Pay.
Proactis Accounts Payable Automation streamlines data capture, invoice registration, matching and approval. It delivers a more efficient method of document storage and a simpler means of retrieval.
Proactis Staff Expenses enables employees to submit expense claims and supporting attachments anytime, anywhere. In this session we see how spend on corporate cards is captured and authorised, and how all spend is approved and validated according to your own workflow rules and expense policies.
Proactis Purchase-to-Pay Update
Proactis ‘17 is the very latest release of this world-class application. In this session we introduced some of its exciting enhancements for usability, mobility, reporting and technology. We also introduced Proactis Marketplace, the new cloud-based eCommerce extension for Proactis P2P that improves your buying experience, brings you closer to preferred suppliers, controls what employees can buy, and facilitates electronic trading.
Exploring Data with Dashboards and Cognos Analytics
