Implementation Approach

The LAKE project approach comprises 13 stages from Project Definition through to Project Closure. These 13 stages are grouped into four key phases, as follows:

Planning and Design

LAKE consultants work closely with key members of your team to understand your business and define your project including objectives, scope, and key reporting and analysis requirements.

LAKE leverages best practice methodology with the latest technologies to design a platform that will grow with your business.

Solution Build

During configuration and build, the solution is personalised and shaped in line with the agreed design.

The LAKE consultant works closely with your superusers through the configuration stage, with your team participating as much as possible to build knowledge and self-reliance.

Training and Testing

Your superusers are trained, and work with selected users from across the business to put the new system through comprehensive acceptance testing.

Following successful testing, your superusers deliver training workshops, in which end users are guided through working examples of transactions and scenarios to ensure a smooth transition to live running.

Go Live and Support

Experienced LAKE consultants are on hand to support you during your first days of using your new solution to help make sure the project delivers on its objectives.

Ongoing support and customer care is coordinated by your Customer Success Manager who works tirelessly to ensure you get maximum value from your long-term investment. Customers are encouraged to provide feedback which is reviewed to ensure consistently high levels of service.
