With SAP Business One, you can achieve complete visibility and control over the production process. Batch codes allow you to track all products from procurement through production to point of sale and beyond.

SAP Business One collects and stores batch information including details of supplier(s), raw materials, date of manufacture, product BBE date, as well as other batch attributes and details of the customer(s) to whom a batch was sold – all the information needed to implement a product recall, if required.

Drilldown tools allow you to drill from finished goods to multi-level BoMs to determine exactly where a faulty or problem batch has been used, and more importantly where relevant items are now, or which customers bought them.
