Inspect

There are two versions of Inspect, one for a manager and the other for an operator. The role of Manager is to define inspection plans and track and release inspection orders. The role of Operator is to view and execute inspection samples and collect quality data.

Inspect Manager enables the management of inspection plans with sample plans and quality targets for each inspection step. Testing steps can be put in place, complete with instructions for the inspector to define quality targets and rules for how many samples should be taken. Using a quality dashboard, quality managers can analyse inspections by deep-diving into test results and tracking global quality trends.

Inspect Operator enables inspectors to execute inspections and collect quality data, giving them a clear, paperless overview of their work with shop floor data collection. It facilitates streamlined processing of inspection plans, efficient collection of quality data and defect types and completion of inspection orders.
