Yes, you can upgrade to SunSystems Cloud. The migration path is more straightforward if you are on version 6.3 or 6.4 but there is a proven migration path, whichever version you are on.

If you’d like to know more about the upgrade process, please contact your Customer Success Manager. If you’re new to LAKE, give us a call or fill out the contact form – we’re here to help.

Implementation time depends on the complexity of your requirements, but many organisations go live within 2 to 6 months. Because it’s a cloud-based system, there’s no need for hardware setup, and configuration can often happen in parallel with data migration and training. Our experienced consultants guide you every step of the way to keep your project on track.

SunSystems Cloud is available as a subscription service, priced per named user. That means you only pay for the people who need access. In addition to the subscription, you’ll also need to budget for implementation and ongoing support, depending on your business requirements.

At the heart of the solution is a single, integrated ledger that combines the functionality of general ledgers, sales and purchase ledgers, cashbooks and user-defined ledgers for projects. It is a comprehensive multi-company and multi-currency solution with exceptional flexibility to analyse financial, statistical, and other business information.
