Croydon College is a leading education services provider that relies on LAKE Proactis solutions to streamline purchasing and control spend.
The college’s recent upgrade to Proactis ’23 was driven by a desire to move to a fully supported strategic platform and take advantage of new features that will help drive further efficiencies for the organisation.
Proactis is part of a wider financial management solution that includes Infor SunSystems.
Sandra Small, Head of Finance makes the following comments regarding the service provided by LAKE:
“We wanted to be on the latest version of Proactis to take advantage of recent improvements in functionality and usability.
“LAKE’s approach to this project was very responsive and supportive. When we had a query, it was answered quickly. If we found something during User Acceptance Testing that didn’t quite follow what we had before, it was documented, fixed, then passed to us to validate the change.
“Debbie, the project manager, kept us informed and kept things moving along. Project management and communications were very good. And all the consultants responded really well; I can’t fault anybody.
“As for the new version, we didn’t need much training. Proactis is so intuitive and the new look and feel makes it even easier to use. It helps also that LAKE explain things very clearly; they don’t use too much technical language.”
