Greenlink chooses new LAKE Cloud solution based on Infor SunSystems, EPM and Proactis

Greenlink Interconnector Limited, which is building a 190km subsea and underground electricity interconnector between Ireland and Great Britain, has chosen LAKE to help implement a new cloud-based system for financial management, reporting, spend management and budgetary control. John Dixon, Senior Financial Controller, explains the reasons for investing in a new financial management system.

“As the business has grown significantly over the past four years and we now prepare for construction of what is a major European infrastructure project, our financial management needs have become more complex. We report to regulatory bodies in the EU, Ireland and the UK, along with banks and other funding sources, and have internal management reporting and governance requirements.
