North Devon Homes is a not for profit social landlord that relies on LAKE Proactis solutions to streamline purchasing and control spend.
Their recent upgrade to Proactis P2P was driven by a desire to improve reporting of spend and take advantage of new features that can deliver further efficiencies for the business.
Proactis is part of a wider financial management solution that includes Infor SunSystems.
Michelle West, IT Project Manager makes the following comments regarding the successful completion of the project:
“We hadn’t upgraded for a considerable period of time. The product had moved on and there were significant benefits in upgrading. Reporting is a prime example, enabling drill down from dashboards and improved spend visibility.
