Offshore Energies UK (OEUK) has upgraded to SunSystems Cloud and Proactis Cloud to streamline financial management processes and lower their total cost of ownership.
Ayana Adams, Finance Manager, explains the reasons for investing in SunSystems Cloud and Proactis Cloud from LAKE:
“It was the right time for us to upgrade and move into the future. We have two offices with shared access to systems that were located in our server room. We wanted to get rid of the physical equipment, run everything in the Cloud, and enjoy the efficiencies that brings. “The upgrade process went very smoothly. Initially, I thought it was going to require a lot of work on my part, but that was not the case at all, which was really welcome because I was busy with external auditors and other priorities. The only time that I really had much to do was when it came to user acceptance testing, but of course that’s to be expected. Having regular project management meetings kept everyone abreast of how the project was progressing and helped ensure we delivered it as a team on time and within budget.
“The upgrade has delivered the right solution for our needs. And with SunSystems Cloud we have greater scope. I am really looking forward to exploring the additional features it offers.
