The Presbyterian Church of Wales has upgraded to SunSystems Cloud to simplify and streamline support for their financial management systems and lower their total cost of ownership.
Owain Hughes, Financial and IT Administrator, comments on their reasons for investing in SunSystems Cloud and LAKE services:
“The transition to SunSystems Cloud eliminates the need for third party hosting of our finance system. LAKE Support has always been great. They are super-efficient. And we wanted that level of service across the board. SunSystems Cloud supported by LAKE delivers the high standards we have come to expect.
“The upgrade process was, as with all previous upgrades, extremely efficient. The project timetable was mapped out in advance, we were kept informed of progress, and issues were resolved quickly. The service was excellent.
“The recently upgraded LAKE Service Desk Portal and Customer Success services are a big improvement too. Queries are logged quickly, progress is transparent, and when the same issue occurs again, you have a record of how to resolve it readily to hand.”
