SunSystems Dashboards

Infor is providing a comprehensive library of role-based visualisations for selection and deployment by users of SunSystems Cloud at no additional cost.  With a small amount of training, admin users will be able to select and drag and drop these widgets onto users landing pages to create insightful, drillable dashboards.

2026.10 delivers new configurable role-based dashboard widgets for CFO and Accounts Receivable (AR) roles.  These are delivered in addition to the Accounts Payable widgets that were published earlier in the year.

The new CFO and AR widgets include:

Q&A Integration with Infor Document Management (IDM)

Configure Q&A Data Send to load a copy of your source Excel document(s) into IDM with automatic drillback capability.

This exciting new feature showcases the tight integration between Q&A, SunSystems, and IDM.  On successful upload of data (including journals, sales orders, etc) into SunSystems Cloud, your source workbook is saved directly into IDM and is indexed to allow drillback in both directions – from the source document in IDM to the SunSystems records and from SunSystems back to the originating workbook.
