1. SunSystems Dashboards
Infor is providing a comprehensive library of role-based visualisations for selection and deployment by users of SunSystems Cloud at no additional cost. With a small amount of training, admin users will be able to select and drag and drop these widgets onto users landing pages to create insightful, drillable dashboards.
The April 2026 release sees completion of the suite of dashboard widgets that is aimed at the Accounts Payable role, with six attractive visualisations allowing users to track and drill into:
- Aged Payables
- Top Suppliers by Spend
- Average Invoice Processing Time
- Days Payable Outstanding
- Invoice Status
- Open PO Lines

Dashboard content for other roles, including Accounts Receivable and CFO are planned to follow.
2. eInvoicing
Customers in many regions already face regulations requiring them to deliver invoices electronically via an eInvoicing platform and the UK Government has announced that eInvoicing will be mandatory for all VAT invoices from 2029.
With the 2026.04 release of SunSystems Cloud, customers can now meet these requirements directly from within SunSystems, which can be configured to send sales invoices to customers via a PEPPOL Access Point (“PAP”).*
*Please note that a small additional subscription applies for use of the PAP.
3. Q&A Scheduler
The October 2025 release of SunSystems Cloud introduced advanced new features for Q&A Scheduler, giving it the power to run autonomous central processes including:

- Choice of report formats including xlsx, csv, and zip
- Integration with Office 365 using OAuth2.0

The April 2026 release adds greater flexibility with the ability to specify delivery of report content to information consumers in PDF and XLSM formats.
