Infor SunSystems Cloud is widely recognised to be one of the world’s most powerful and flexible cloud-based Financial Management solutions. And the good news is – it’s about to get even better! The April 2025 includes the following enhancements:
API Improvements
Infor continue to invest in API improvements. Ultimately these are aimed at decoupling the front and back ends of SunSystems Cloud to unlock the potential for further improvements to the user experience.
Form Designer
SunSystems Cloud 2024.10 delivered a first release of the web-based Form Designer. 2025.04 completes this development, meaning you no longer need to go to the separate Designer Edition to make changes to forms in SunSystems Cloud.
Future releases will see other elements of designer functionality gradually join Form Designer in the cloud.
Q&A Scheduler
SunSystems Cloud 2024.10 delivered a first release of the Q&A Scheduler. 2025.04 completes this development, including scheduled emailing of .xlsx, csv or zip file content via Microsoft 365 with oauth2.0 or via Infor SMTP. A new user-friendly UI allows you to set reports to run based on one-off, hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly schedules.
We expect to see further improvements in future releases, including the ability to set different email recipients for different sheets within a scheduled report book.
Q&A Data Access Controls
This release makes Q&A comply with Data Access Group settings for the majority of data types that may have been configured in SunSystems. This change enhances the consistency of user access across these data types whether the user is working in SunSystems or Q&A.
These improvements in consistency and control will be extended to other data types in the October release.
Updated Workflow Content Packs
The 2025.04 release coincides with new and improved example workflow configurations. The availability of these improved example workflow configurations in a comprehensive “starter pack” means shorter implementation times and better value for customers who wish to implement workflow authorisation around key business processes such as approval of journals or changes to supplier bank details.
Compliance with FEC requirements in France
The 2025.04 release provides compliance with the Fichier des Écritures Comptables (FEC) requirements in France. This is a crucial compliance requirement for customers operating in France.
