Infor introduces enhancements to Infor SunSystems Cloud in two major releases each year: April and October.
The October 2024 release introduces five key improvements.

Web Enablement of Forms Designer
A new web-enabled form designer application allows users to edit and create new versions of forms for use within SunSystems Cloud.
Improvements to Streamline the Upgrade Process
The October release of SunSystems Cloud includes a number of enhancements that streamline the upgrade process that includes:
- Improvements to DE upgrade scripts to perform removal of Function Extensions and Favourite items for 3rd party (non-MT) links
- Designer Edition has been improved to focus on its usability predominantly for consulting services and partners implementing SunSystems Cloud.
Increase SunSystems session limit to 5
The default value for SunSystems web sessions has been ‘3’ since the release of Cloud. This has now been increased to ‘5’.
Zip capability in SunSystems Storages
To support a set of requirements on large file sizes, specifically for data and business unit onboarding – but also with other relevant usages with large data – a zip feature set has been delivered into SunSystems Storage.
Additional languages
The October 2024 adds Japanese to the list of supported languages that includes English, French, Spanish, and Chinese (Simplified). Any one or more of these language packs can be added to your SunSystems Cloud tenant and then configured user by user – again without any increase in the subscription you pay.
